Independence Day Celebration 15 August 2025. S.S.Citizen School celebrate India on August 15 with flag hoisting, patriotic cultural programs like singing and skits, student speeches and essay contests and art activities such as poster-making and decorating. These activities aim to foster national pride, encourage patriotism, and educate students about India’s history, culture, and the significance of freedom. Also, an investiture ceremony was conducted on the same day, where selected students were officially conferred with leadership roles and responsibilities, such as school captain or head boy/girl, through the presentation of badges or sashes and a solemn oath. This ceremony symbolises the institution’s trust in its student leaders, empowering them to foster discipline, integrity, and teamwork while contributing to the school community.
